Developing A Multimedia Strategy


The first step of the process is to identify what you want to achieve and what existing resources you have from which to draw multimedia content.   Is there a DVD, Powerpoint presentations or any other type of off-line sales presentations that can be translated to an online version?  If not, how are you currently making sales?  Is there anything that can be translated to an online environment?

  • What do you want to achieve by using multimedia?
  • Do you have current sales presentations that can be converted to online presentations?
  • Can current methods of selling be translated to an online multimedia format?
  • What is my budget?


Once these questions have been answered, we have a starting point.  If there are existing DVD's or Powerpoint presentations that can be used, then things can move ahead rapidly.  You will be able to simply submit your material to us and we will begin extracting and converting it over to web formats.

If you have to develop things from scratch, that's not a problem either.  You will want to first lay out your selling proposition, then we can discuss whether an audio or video solution would be the best approach.  Sometimes a combination of audio/video such as a slide show provides a great option.
